A quiet day. Kin Mun has recce'd a location for the eclipse on Thursday, and had to go to get a tripod. I took a trip to the sewing/overlocker specialist in Singapore and bought a couple of feet plus some needles for my overlocker.
Everyone knows about the fires in Australia. The lady sitting next to us in the foodcourt asked about them. She also knew that the PM took a holiday and wasn't too popular. And it was all on the front page of the Straits Times.
